The Role
We're hiring a LinkedIn Sales Development Representative to generate new business for Foundry Solutions Group. You'll be prospecting, engaging, and booking meetings with decision-makers at companies that need outsourced sales, support, and operations teams.
This is not a role where you work on behalf of a client. You are selling Foundry's services directly — helping us sign new clients and grow the company.
This is a 100% LinkedIn-channel role. No cold calling. No cold emailing. Your tools are direct messages, connection requests, content creation, and strategic engagement on the world's largest professional network.
Your success is measured by one thing: qualified meetings that convert into new Foundry clients.
What You'll Do
Research and identify companies that fit Foundry's ideal client profile — SMBs and growth-stage companies needing outsourced sales, support, or operations
Run LinkedIn social selling campaigns — cold DMs, connection requests, and strategic content engagement
Create compelling LinkedIn content that positions Foundry Solutions Group as a thought leader in BPO and sales development
Engage founders, CEOs, VPs of Sales, and operations leaders in relevant conversations through direct messaging
Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and timing before scheduling discovery calls with Foundry's leadership team
Collaborate with Foundry's leadership on messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy
Track all activity and outcomes — clean data, no shortcuts

Requirements
**What We're Looking For**
Fluent or near-native English — written and spoken
Strong written communication skills — you can write a LinkedIn message that sounds human, not robotic
Comfortable with direct outreach and handling rejection without losing momentum
Self-motivated — you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next
Quick to learn new industries, products, and buyer personas
Reliable — you show up, you do the work, you own your numbers
Active on LinkedIn or willing to build a strong professional presence
**Nice to Have**
Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or social selling
Experience creating professional content on LinkedIn
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or CRM platforms
Experience working with US or EU-based companies
Understanding of BPO, outsourcing, or SaaS sales cycles
